in comparing the 21 trump cards above to the 22 RWS Major Arcana, 16 seem to more or less directly correspond to a specific image as depicted in the RWS, though their numberings and names differ (Treachery for the Hermit, for example).

they don't feel like Oracle cards. they don't feel like Leonomard cards cards. they feel like Tarot. the closest experience I can think of was looking at the Visconti Sfortza Tarot court cards. that deck has 6 court cards per suit instead of the usual 4. the two additional cards rearrange the whole system of the courts from 4 individual cards to 3 pairs.
