for what it’s worth:

1. compile a list of possible deities associated with fire, swords, other recurrent images appearing in your readings. for this you may want to engage in some light googling.

2. divine an auspicious time to perform a ritual. I recommend aiming for Tuesdays and Sundays, waxing crescent moons, solstices, meteor showers and fireworks.

2. establish a ritual space. light candles, turn on a lava lamp, perform the LBRP, play some music, Raise a Circle, sing an Ave Marïa, as according to your practice. .

3. take a piece of blessed paper and cut up equal length slips of paper.

4. write an epitaph, title, or symbol for each of the Deities from the list of Gods, but only if you would be comfortable working with each one. all are being invoked, both tacitly and explicitly.

5. Roll up the papers into little scrolls and seal each with incense, ribbon, and wax.

6. place the scrolls in a special box, bottle, bag, wallet, jar, or other holy vessel. wrap, decorate, and secure the vessel with red, gold, orange, and yellow ribbon, wrapping paper, cloth, or other material.

7. place the vessel on an altar. if you don't have an altar, place the vessel in a safe location high up or tucked away where it is unlikely to be jostled, where it can establish a sense of presence.

8. wait for several days. I recommend seven days, or 14, or a full lunar cycle, for spells like this. during your wait, on each night, or on certain nights, burn incense, candles, offer found stones, pour libations, or otherwise give gifts before the altar where the vessel is stored, or in front of an image of the vessel, or of the Gods listed therein.

9. when the time comes, cleanse your space, raise a magik circle, say your prayers, or otherwise create a ritual space.

10. open the vessel and take out a single envelope. close the vessel and return it to it's place.

11. separate your major and minor arcana. shuffle the majors and draw a single card. shuffle the minnors and draw two cards.

12. lay out the cards and break the seal of the scroll and unrole it. let the name of the Deity there designated be associated with the cards you have selected whenever you read your tarot, or while reading certain spreads, for a defined length of time. note down the correspondences. return the scroll with the broken seal to the vessel.

13. repeat the ritual for another scroll the next night, or after several nights, one scroll and three tarot cards each time. if the same cards show up for different Gods, note the correspondences. consider if They may be working together.

14. one Lunar cycle after all the associations have been made, create a ritual space. compile your notes and scrolls and consider your patterns.

15. if you feel a given Deity has reached out through one or more arcana, or that it otherwise suits them, write that card on the reverse side of the scroll and reseal it so that enough of the external writing is visible. Beginning or ending with the shorthand version of the card is advisable. for those names without a strong sense of synergy, return them sealed without anything written on the back.

16. over the following nights, draw scrolls and cards again. for scrolls with writing visible, refresh yourself with the association. for scrolls without writing visible, break the seal and establish a new set of associated cards, soley by random draws, or by actively choosing cards, or a combination thereof.

17. when every scroll has been sealed with an association which seems right chosen and written on their reverse, you may use them as a deck unto themselves, reading the collection of sealed marked scrolls as you would Tarot cards while addressing your questions to the Committee of Gods. from there, and in your Tarot practice generally, you may gradually divine which Deities lare reaching out. You may also add more scrolls during or after the process, including both new lists or repeats.
