Dreamcritique

I've had dreams pick up on my sickness symptoms before days when I wake up sick. also dreams where I crave a food and don't feel right in my body until I've eaten it.

we dream with our whole bodies, not just our brain.

the sleeping brain remains wired to all it's anatomic systems and receives feedback from them as we sleep and sends instructions out while we dream (controlling heart rates and breathing, talking and walking in our sleep, etc).

our dreams are a vast source of embodied data in the process of interpreting itself, much the same as our waking minds.
